10-day returns
You have 10 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Contact us on WhatsApp first with your order details and photos if needed. We’ll authorize the return and explain next steps — don’t send items back without confirmation.
Warranty
Products covered under warranty are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund for valid manufacturing or defect issues. Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery may not qualify.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, message us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to fix it quickly — replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
